Custom Materials: Available in PV tempered glass, PET/ETFE or Flexible ETFE laminates.
You can choose tempered glass for rigid mounting, or lightweight polymer materials (such as ETFE or PET) for flexible and curved installations.

Custom Wiring & Connectors: custom cable/wire, custom wire lengths, XHP-2 connector or standard plugs like MC4.
Customizable layout regarding the positioning of the junction box/solder pads, cable exit points, and backsheet color (black or white).

Custom size and shape: Customizable solar panels are available in circular, triangular, elliptical, trapezoidal, and rectangular, as well as other irregular configurations.
All our products come with possibility for different shapes and size as on your demand.

ETFE: Economical, waterproof and UV resistant. Solar cells are attached to the substrate and then laminated under heat and pressure by EVA and ETFE. With high-quality materials, our ETFE solar panels have an expected life of 8+ years outside.

PV Glass: Great UV resistance and high light transmittance. For the same dimensions, the glass panel is also the heaviest.

PV Glass with Frame: When used in conjunction with the frame, high light transmittance and durability, the glass solar panel achieves the longest possible service life.

PET: Panels featuring this type of coating are low-cost but have a short lifetime. They are UV resistance is relatively weak and are suitable for budget-friendly products.

Lifetime of solar panel will vary based on a wide range of factors including panel design, materials used, production process, physical environment and other operating conditions.

• There are no design fees to create a drawing of your custom solar panel. Most solar panel designs do not require tooling fees. Exceptions include special shapes such as circles with holes, sector, triangles, and irregular shapes.

• Our MOQ is 100 - 1,000 units depending on the size of the solar panel.

• Sample production take 15-20 working days; mass production follows within 15 working days after approval.
